Cherie and Revvell chit-chat
In this very special episode, we’ve got the Keeper of the Forest, Cherie chit-chatting about ~ well, you’ll find out soon enough.
Revvell interviews Kari from Jungle Friends
This is a very special Rawkin’ Radio with a guest from JungleFriends.org. We’re speaking about how rescue monkeys have healed through the use of a raw and/or living food diet. Remember to send in your recipes to www.junglefriends.org.
They’re making up an un-cookbook to create income to take care of these little beings who’ve been damagedby being held in captivity, used for experiments and abandoned by their owners.
Revvell and Alissa chat about class and life
Another interesting and informative program. In this show Alissa updates everyone on the dehydrator and cookbook AND talks about how her class assisted one almost-homeless classmate to be all that she can be. She shows how it’s really not JUST about the food. We chat about upper limits, molestation, drugs and celebrating one’s potential. We also talk about how people go into the training afraid to speak up and leaving having created a speech about their experiences during the training. This episode brought tears to my eyes with all the good that’s happening. Enjoy!
Revvell and Sunshine take over Rawkin’ Radio
Revvell and Raw Food Talk’s Sunshine (Shine72) take over the show while Alissa’s gone. They, of course, talk about raw food and what it’s done for Sunshine and her family; how raw can help autistic children; what it takes to transition a family to raw.

Rawkin Radio Number 23
As usual, Revvell and Alissa laugh their way through another program chatting about the positive aspects of the raw food lifestyle; the difference between going 100% or less and… mushrooms. There’s lots more. Please, listen in.
Rawkin Radio Number 22
Revvell and Alissa are back with another great show. They catch up on what they’ve been doing.. Revvell talks about her yoga class; Alissa about her 30 day class; and they again answer listener’s questions this time what to do about mental and emotional detox and more!!! Enjoy!
Rawkin Radio Number 21
Revvell and Alissa chat about birth control; Alissa’s gypsy ways and perfectionism (or is it control issues?); running her business, her stalker, change and growth, B-12, how to connect with other raw food advocates; distributors in various countries; staying with something long enough to make a difference; everyone practices something ~ what do you practice?; how long does it take to go raw and stay raw and creating the environment you want.
Rawkin Radio Number 20
Alissa’s back in this episode and she and Revvell chat about what they’ve been doing… where and why Alissa’s been “galavanting” around and Revvell spending time outside of the box both enjoying life and living it to the fullest. What’s up now and what’s coming up in the near future for both?
Rawkin Radio Number 19
While Alissa is out and about Revvell and her special co-host Lucy (veganforlife) take over the “airwaves”. During their chat Revvell gets Lucy’s story about how raw food has changed her life by eliminating migraines and bringing her thyroid into balance. They also discuss weight issues, eating disorders, menopause, eating socially, cravings and more.
Rawkin Radio Number 18
Alissa and Revvell answer one listener’s email asking about addictive substances, allergies, rich desserts and eating a slice or a half-a-pie. Should raw food plans be individualized or can one eat anything s/he wants as long as it’s raw? Of course, as usual, these questions lead to other comments and off we go on some other tangent and never finish the email which will resume in show #19. Enjoy!
