Alissa and Revvell answer one listener’s email asking about addictive substances, allergies, rich desserts and eating a slice or a half-a-pie. Should raw food plans be individualized or can one eat anything s/he wants as long as it’s raw? Of course, as usual, these questions lead to other comments and off we go on some other tangent and never finish the email which will resume in show #19. Enjoy!
Alissa and Revvell read letters from listeners who ask about sprouting grains, sea vegetables, menstruation, candida and much more. Tune in, listen in and enjoy!
Our discussion continues about being raw, transitioning, and supplements. It’s just a conversation about being raw and what it takes to do so ~ awareness of self, commitment and being oneself. We also talk about the upcoming Raw Film Festival and the fundraisers preceding it.
Alissa and Revvell chat about changing seasons, living in and visiting Florida, training and cross-training, vacationing, the allopathic way of eating and much more.
Self-care; parents; flaking; giving up on ourselves; being martyrs; coffee; taking responsibility; routines; going to restaurants and more. Enjoy!
Alissa and Revvell chat about the weather, allopathic/natural medicine and healing; stopping doing what you’re doing which is causing the problem; detox length of time; experiencing the detox and more.
